Here are some fun Youtube videos....which I think show what one dimension of excellence in performance is....that 
should make you smile and appreciate the talent (gift) and the hard work that was needed to bring the performance about. On the human side of the equation we might find some inspiration from this and the awareness that things done well will get a hearing (or in this case a “seeing”).
